Oxford Pennant is a company that specializes in creating good old fashioned wool felt pennants and banners. For their new retail space in Buffalo, NY they wanted to expand their selection to included other types of products and goods. Part of that product expansion was a line of pennant themed greeting cards and mini pennants that could be sent out to loved ones for any occasion.
